VILLA NEERAV

With an unique and singular character, Villa Neerav faces south taking advantage of the plot's location and features with an imposing entrance that invites you in. This gives access to a reception space as well as the living room, the central element of the villa.

The living area not only entwines the different activities of the house but it also connects indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor leisure area consists of a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fire pit, a BBQ and a garden. Inside, the living room opens to the dining room and kitchen. In a more private area there is an office and two bedrooms with direct pool access. While upstairs, two bedrooms are separated by a mezzanine that crosses the double height ceiling of the entrance and living room.
