VILLA VALNERA

Between the mountains and the sea a villa of a unique caracter and singular features arises. The project is essentially faced to the south, always taking privilege of the panoramic sea view. The water appears as an essential element, being present in water mirrors, pools, jacuzzi and waterfalls.

A full experience of spaces is created through the connection between social and private areas. There are four floors and an intermediate one. In the basement one can find the leisure and wellness areas. On the ground floor there are the social areas, all connected to an outdoor space with a pool and fire pit. On an intermediate floor there are two suites with outdoor terraces. On the first floor there are two suites with balcony and one master suite with balcony and jacuzzi. On the upper level, there is a lounge area with pool and barbecue.
